CNC MACHINING

At Tolpark we are able to machine many and varied components using the latest technology in CNC turning and milling machinery.

Tolpark Systems manufacture machined components from a large range of metals and engineering plastics. Our facilities include CNC Lathes and CNC Milling machinery which enable us to machine a vast range of components, from simple turned components to complex parts with many different processes. There is no limit to quantity requirements, with our large selection of machinery we are able to supply your machined components in small quantities of 1-10, and large runs of hundreds or thousands of components.

GEARCUTTING & SPLINES

Tolpark has both the experience and well-equipped gearcutting facilities to machine and gearcut to your specifications. We manufacture a range of different gears including: Spur Gears Internal and External Splines Worm Gears         Helical Gears Bevel Gears Purpose made Gearboxes Rack & Pinion Segmental Gears Any sizes or specifications out of our range we can project manage using our trusted suppliers.

We have the machinery to cut keyways, splines etc into our gears or any components you may require.

 

GENERAL ENGINEERING & FABRICATION

Tolpark are able to fabricate components to your drawings. We can assemble your machined components when required.

 

BREAKDOWN & MAINTENANCE MACHINING

Replacing damaged or worn components from your machinery with locally manufactured components is your quicker and more cost-effective alternative to importing from overseas. Tolpark is experienced in reverse engineering your damaged components to repair and maintain your machinery. We are able to manufacture replacement parts from a damaged sample.
